Jay M. Ferriero joined Capital Automotive in February 1999 as the Company’s Director of Acquisitions. Mr. Ferriero has thirty-seven years of experience in commercial, automotive dealership and real estate finance. Prior to joining Capital Automotive, from 1994 to 1999, Mr. Ferriero served as a First Vice President Loan Group and National Accounts Manager at Comerica Incorporated, a leading financial institution serving the automotive retail industry. At Comerica, Mr. Ferriero was responsible for managing the auto dealer lending offices in Florida and Illinois, and had nationwide responsibilities for managing multi-bank credit facilities for some of the largest auto consolidators. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Ferriero was Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer at Comerica Bank & Trust, overseeing all lending activities. Since 1980 and prior to 1991, Mr. Ferriero’s experiences included managing commercial loan processing operations, restructuring problem loans, and originating commercial and auto dealership loans. Mr. Ferriero serves as a member of the Business Advisory Council for the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, where he is a graduate with degrees in Finance and Sociology.

Marty Hiller is the current Chief Executive Officer of Hiller Carbon, a leading supplier of carbon to steel mills and foundries and was named President of the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) in August 2016. NATA represents aeronautical service providers at over 2,300 locations in the U.S. and beyond. NATA’s members own, operate and service general aviation, commercial and military aircraft. Hiller leads a highly skilled group of professionals that provide advocacy on legislative and regulatory issues before federal, state and local governments. NATA also provides an array of member services including the highly renowned Safety 1st Program, viewed as the “Gold Standard” for training professional line service personnel and other staff.
Entrepreneur Marty Hiller is a principal in North Shore Holdings, LLC, with interests in aviation, carbon, and minerals. Primary aviation activities include the ownership of fixed-base operations, including Marathon Jet Center, Marathon General Aviation, Marathon Florida, Harbour Air Services, Traverse City, Michigan. Hiller Carbon, a North Shore Holdings subsidiary, provides carbon and specialty minerals to steel, rubber, and plastics industries. He is most known in aviation for the ownership of The Hiller Group, a leading supplier of branded fuel to over 600 airports in North America. The Hiller Group, Inc. was acquired by World Fuel Services [NYSE:int] in December 2010.

Larry Flynn is the former President of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a leading manufacturing of premier business jet aircrafts.
During his 20-year tenure with Gulfstream, Larry made significant contributions while working in a variety of other capacities, including President of Product Support and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining Gulfstream, Larry gained over 20 years of experience in managing aircraft service facilities, through leadership roles at Stevens Aviation, Signature Flight Support, and AMR Combs.
In addition to his advisory role at CAG, he is also a board member of Duncan Aviation alongside Marty Hiller. Larry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a Master’s degree in Manpower Management from University of Kansas.
